European Student Thinktank

estThe EST is a student-led internatonal platform for sharing ideas and thoughts about the European Union. Since the foundation in 2010 the EST has striven to increase the European integration by bringing together a broad scale of viewpoints and connecting students throughout Europe. The importance of this vision was recognized when the EST was awarded the national Charlemagne Youth Prize for the Netherlands by the European Parliament in 2011. Our network expands about all European countries and through our Ambassadors, Journal, site and social channels the EST attempts to further connect Europeans!

International Institute for Child Protection

International Institute for Child Protection (IICP) is an independent nonprofit and managed by volunteers in Gambia. We enjoy Observer Status (No.300) with the African Human Rights Commission and Consultative Status with UN ECOSOC since 2012. The organization works closely with the African Committee Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child.

IICP was founded in 1998 by child rights experts and concern individuals in response to the social crisis triggered by the dramatic increase of human rights violation of the children population in Africa and The Gambia in particular. The organization strive to provide adequate information, organize and mobilize a partnership of community residents and organizations to advocate for social inclusion and integration of children in effective child protection policies formulation, emphasizing participation of children in all matters that concern them. The organization engages public and private institutions and individuals practically by emphasising the ethical consequences of resorting to restricting participation of children instead of considering their views.

Kieskompas is a social enterprise that, embedded in the academic community, combines a strong commitment to democracy, a passion for science and a competitive entrepreneurial strategy. Kieskompas is a world wide leader in developing online and offline voting advice tools, organizing political debates and producing academic research and media content. Since its first project, the Dutch Parliament elections in 2006, Kieskompas has evolved into a dynamic, but solid and highly efficient operation. Kieskompas has developed successful projects during local, regional, national and European elections in more than 40 countries.

Youth 2 Youth Initiative

Youth 2 Youth Initiative (Y2Y Initiative) is an umbrella non-profit, started in 2015, which aims to foster change and to construct an effective environment for youth participation in the decision making process and community development. Through dialogue and immediate action plans it strives to solve the most critical issues in the spheres of education, employment, culture and religion, human rights, civil society participation, gender equality, informal diplomacy, migration, environment, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development of communities, anticorruption, humanitarian actions and peacebuilding.

Y2Y Initiative strives to support and empower youth in their efforts to build a just, equitable and sustainable society aiming to provide an access to efficient means of participation in decision making process and community development.

Anti-Corruption Research Center

CERC (Centre de Recherche sur l’Anti-Corruption), in English “Anti-Corruption Research Center” is a grassroots civic organization founded in April 2017 with the mission to build transparency and accountability in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through promotion of citizens’ active role in society and strengthening of their advocacy capacities. 
 
Based in Uvira (South-Kivu), CERC is comprised of mainly young people with significant experience in civic activism, advocacy and Law. By developing and implementing different integrity building mechanisms we educate citizens about anti-corruption, ethics, integrity, accountability concept and advocate for integrity to be implemented in community and governance practices and legislation as a core value of developing an integrity society. 
 
We evaluate projects and services delivery and the work of public officials at the national and local level and demand from decision makers and services providers to become accountable to citizens.
